franc is a biannual fashion magazine that “looks at ideas rather than focusing on personality and promotion”. each issue is themed and includes an array of deft commentaries on issues of contemporary fashion and society, as well as photography and styles.

issue 4 looks at the often too fleeting moments of ‘presence’ in relation to fashion. they do this through thought-provoking essays on technology’s place in choosing what we wear; on collection things; the extremes of city life; the people behind the production line; and on engaging with ivanka trump’s instagram feed. plus a smattering of artful fashion shoots.
